With wide margins, in good condition, with very pale uneven paper discoloration, a couple of soft creases, the verso with traces of adhesive residue.

During her lifetime the artist had an incredible success, both critical and material. Laurencin exhibited at the Salon des Indépendants (1910-1911) and the Salon d'Automne (1911-1912), and Galerie Dalmau (1912) at the first Cubist exhibition in Spain.
The artist created an alternative reality, which was totally unique to her: it was populated with an aesthetic which was completely female. Laurencin's oeuvre includes paintings, watercolours, drawings, and prints.
